"This is an amazing and expansive resort with many activities for couples or families. The restaurant selections are wonderful and you do not have to make a reservation. We saw whales from the beach and swam in multiple pools. The water slides were an absolute riot! The staff was all very friendly and courteous and we will definitely go back."

"Where do I start
1) room appeared nice. Beds were comfortable
2) I was told I could not have inflatable tube for my 3&5 year old but all the local Mexicans could. Caucasian or Canadians weren’t allowed I guess
3) next day I was also told my 3&5 year old were not allowed to jump in the pool but again everyone else was allowed.
4) food was as limited but good.
5) drinks were good and servers around the pool were great
6) French resto was only one I tried and was great.
7) we had heavy rain...

"We had two rooms at the hotel and absolutely loved our time here. The beds were so comfortable and we slept so well after enjoying time at the pool and jacuzzis. The coffee shop in the lobby is such a nice option or you have tons of restaurants within the 2 blocks around! Amazing service from the team. "

"We enjoyed the hotel and the yard where the pool was located. We had a very small room by the front desk. Things quieted down by 11:00ish. The breakfast fruit was tasty!"

"There is no in room coffee machine, they brought coffee once a day and the rest of the time is room service. No reception area, the Buddy system is not effective. Would have been nice to receive treats on a daily basis instead of just on the first day.

I was quite happy after the check in - the property is very conveniently located near the central market but it’s just far enough away to be quieter than expected. The rooftop pool was incredible. I would stay here just for that. The yoga classes looked nice but my schedule didn’t work out to take any - I will the next time.
