"Debo decir que no fue una estancia perfecta!!
La ultima noche hubo un apagon que dejo al hotel parcialmente sin luz. En nuestro caso no funcionaba el clima y pues parecia un caos ya que 32 grados planta alta era insoportable estar en el cuarto.
De inmediato avise lo sucedido surgieron las alternativas
Cambio de cuarto. ventiladores etc.
Lo mas importante de una estancia no es que no haya contratiempos. Es la disposicion para solucionarlos.
El servicio logro que algo que podria haber...

Luis was a wonderful bellman and there to buggy us around as needed.
