"Wonderful, European styled accommodations and hotel. Clean, tastefully designed and decorated. Love the unique layout of an all-inclusive town. only wish more things were open, but I’m guessing that’s due to the low tourist season. Will be back to this hotel when we explore during a more open season the entrance is tricky. It’s on the side street with parking across."

"A very tastefully styled property with comfortable rooms and a very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent. I also really enjoyed in on-site public bath. There was plenty of parking during my stay. I would return to this property. "

"Room I stayed had beautiful view of ski resort, but it was very quiet, also how they arranged the bathroom and toilet and wash basins was very nice to shared by two persons and with privacy.
Also hotel offered very nice public bath, which I would like to recommand very highly.
However, choice of food could of been wider, but all and all this place was alot better located and offed better food than other hotels I stayed at Karuizawa before."

"Our stay here in March 2025 was wonderful. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, even picked us up from the station without prior arrangement! The food was incredible, traditional Japanese breakfast that set us up for the day and a delicious dinner which when combined with the sake and very comfortable futons ensured a great night’s sleep. Took advantage of the private Onsen which was very relaxing. However with so many public Onsen (including at the hotel) it was a bit of an...

of four (including a 5 & 9 yr old). Such a wonderful spot - tent was comfy w/ a dedicated toilet/sink room in a separate adjacent little building. Had a wonderful fire pit which the staff lit for us in the evening at the time we requested (on our was back from dinner we texted them from their very helpful app). All amenities in the main building were super clean, very new, and meticulously curated in a minimalist style. It had (x3) private Onsen baths...

"Very friendly and accommodating hosts. They prepared us an amazing 4 course meal for dinner and a beautiful breakfast. We played games after dinner and they helped with suggestions about what to do in the area. "
