We petted two cats and a horse and found a few lizards on hot rocks and my daughter chased grasshoppers. Beds were very comfortable and we all fell asleep to chirping crickets and a fresh breeze. "Great location to visit and view the castle with easy parking. Air conditioning and cool pool helped to take the heat out of the day. Panoramic view from the restaurant was great at any time of the day or night. Reception team really helpful."

"Great pool, nice big unit for the five of us, and great end unit overlooking a field. Didn't feel that clean, however, an it was a little buggy (ants obviously, might have seen a mouse dropping under the sink, not 100% sure there weren't bedbugs or fleas or something else) but some of that can be due to being surrounded by nature as it was. As I said, the pool area was great, and the snack bar was a definite plus. Good location for exploring Carcassonne."

"The main house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed, however, in a beautiful, modern cabin across the courtyard but we had a fabulous breakfast in the dining room of the house. Next time, we will opt to stay in the main house because it is so beautiful and full of fabulous antiques.
The host and hostess, Beatrice and Eric, were so friendly and welcoming. They welcomed our two little dogs who played with their puppy. We had a wonderful stay and will make a point to go back and stay longer."
