"It was an Ok hotel. Close to the monorail station where you can go to KLCC in 3-4 stations, pool and gym were nice! Room was just ok, don’t really recommend when traveling with family with young kids. Property of the room was not great, and had to pay addition for a blanket because 4 cannot fit on the bed and nothing else was provided."

"You are not booking with the hotel in the building - instead this is an apartment owned by a third party who is renting this out to you for a short term visit. The hotel will not assist you nor provide you same services. Check in is across the road in an office where you need to climb steps with your luggage and there is no safe or secure place to leave it, not an elevator. The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired and there is mold and filth throughout the shower and pain peeling...
