"This is a lovely rural hotel, great rooms, nice roof fan as opposed to air con, the owners are very responsive and communications worked really well. Breakfast was fabulous, access and parking very good. "

"Lovely staff but the hotel is looking quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. The third/bunk bed is really only suitable for children. My 16 year old son said it was like sleeping in a coffin. Though clean, my own bed smelt a little and the sheets were ripped. I think many people have smoked in the room, despite the hotel’s no smoking policy. "

"I stayed here with a number of friends for a cycling trip. The rooms are comfy with good aircon but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The reception staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, great recommendations for restaurants and help with anything we needed. "

"Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."

"The room was fine near a bus stop a 20 minute walk to the city. Got there early only to see the previous occupants. Wait for a cab. Take the six suitcases out of the room and there are three cats. I’m allergic to cats."

The centre of Quejana is home to cultural attractions like Quejana Museum, so you might want to stop by during your stay. If you want to experience more of the culture Quejana has to offer, head to Museum of Sacred Art.
"Excellent hotel. Very quiet when you close the windows and great to see what is going on in the pedestrian areas when you open the windows. Bathroom is big!!! In the heart of the old town and literally half a block from the the Plaza Nueva where all the Pintxo bars are located and you can eat and have wine and people watch. "
"This is the best hotel I have stayed in Spain in price vs money relationship, top staff, clean, renewed great location and is one of the best breakfast I have had ! "
"Very good food, friendly staff and an easy walk (less than 10 minutes) from the Bilbao-Abando train station. Very close to many great restaurants, Plaza Nueva, and about a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim. Fantastic hotel."
"Simple and affordable, if you are looking for something really close to airport. THere is also a nice walking path in back of the hotel that leads you past a farm and into a converted rail trail. "
"I was impressed by the hotel and the service, it felt more premium than what we paid for, the staff were super helpful and attentive and the room was comfortable and clean , fab location to main attractions too. Would definitely stay here again"
"Fantastic location in the centre of the city just a short walk from the main food and drink square and close to the market. Compact rooms very clean and modern. Excellent staff. But no car park so need to use one of the ones nearby. "
"Very nice stay! Great hotel for its price. Kids enjoyed it. It’s a shame you can’t drink/eat anything that isn’t bought in the hotel outside the room, other than that all great."
"I'd like to give this a higher review but unfortunately I had a couiple things stolen from me. Luckily they were expendable, including some hair gel and a full bag of walnuts, but it makes me wodner what worse could have happened if I had left my passport of wallet out, or did not bring a padlock with me for my locker. Made me not feel very great. However, the laundry service, staff (shoutout Eliot), free breakfast, and loung area made up for this fault. It is also near El casco viejo, but it requires a good walk up a hill. But grocery storee is nearby which is super appreciated. Bring your own towel because you have to rent one here."
