"The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Maria Jose and Elvis at reception. The rooms were clean except for the sofa in one of our rooms which was quite dirty and just covered with a blanket. It looked like it could have been mould but it didn't smell. Aside from that, the food at the restaurant is lovely, lots of choices. The servers are great, all of them, and the chef came out to chat to us after we had our meal. Overall just a really nice, friendly environment. Beautiful gardens....

Clean, comfy beds, plent of power points and great shower. 24 hour food so early breakfast not a problem as was a snack when I got back later. "We arrived to find the front door locked and no one there. A key pad was beside the door. I had been sent a check in confirmation but it was in Spanish. This seemed to say that entry was to use the key pad numbers preceded by the room number....but we had no room number as we hadn't checked in! After many attempts we got the door to open. Next was to find a room. The reception was unattended and we had to search the hotel's paperwork to find that we expected and had been allocated rooms. We located keys and found our rooms - which were very nice and as expected. We saw no one until breakfast and when we checked out there was again no one there. In the end our stay was ok, but it was disconcerting to say the least."
