buffet definitely poor for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting fresh juices, only had pork, same 3 fruit options everyday and dry pastries. The beds were the worse, soo low, very uncomfortable and they make noises. The shower was tiny as well argh. And then one receptionist lady (Ioanna) if I remember her name correctly, wanted us to pay extra for parking just because, to qoute her "ooh because 5 euros is such a lot of money that you cannot pay it".
