"I would have given this resort a 5-star if I did not have to wait 45 minutes to check-in. Check-in time was 4pm. I had to wait till 4:45pm for my room. Staff is not knowledgeable about the trails near the resort. I asked the staff the location of Buena Vista trailhead as the hotel website says it's only 5 minutes drive. The staff admitted she didn't know the location. It turns out the trailhead is just opposite Kings Canyon Overlook. Other than that, this hotel has excellent location. It...
