"Breakfast had a variety, the room was clean, other than we found a water bottle under the fold out couch when we arrived.
Tv in the room stopped working, alerted staff and it was fixed very quickly! Pool area was clean. We watched the hot tub be drained, cleaned and refilled quickly. Gym area was clean, bathrooms on the lower level were spotless! "
"We always love staying at the Amway Grand ! Such an amazing place especially during the holiday season. We love the many restaurant and bar options located right inside the building. Our Christmas party was at MDRD this year and it was nothing less than fabulous! "
"The staff is exceptional at this hotel! The room was small but comfortable, we were only there one night. The restaurant was good- it was a Friday night and Very busy, only one server!! But she did a great job. I would give 4 1/2 stars ifi could because of the breakfast- it was a typical free breakfast but if you didn’t get it included in your package, there was an additional charge. Ours was included so no biggie, but if you had to pay that would be extremely disappointing. "
