Only problem: The monstrous old resort next door made for mass tourism and endless tour buses hauling in thousands of guests. The two properties are connected but couldn’t be more different. They don’t fit to each other at all.

"We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday."
