"Nice and clean almost looks like a futuristic hospital. Daughter kept referring to it as the Pyschosphera. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Coffee kinda sucked, never really hot, forget about a proper cappuccino. Just order it from the bar and pay the difference.

The room was cleaned and the AC works perfectly. Everyday I got towels cleaned and room cleaned. Happy because they are pet friendly.
A plus was that the TRAM, local train was a two steps from tbe hotel which you can visit other towns, beaches etc.
Everything is walking distance.

"We was unsure about staying too far away from Benidorm itself and even though the distance is not far you need a taxi to go around the motorway. However the panoramic view and the quiet area was fantastic. The hotel is stunning and great for families. Even getting a place by the pool was done with little effort.
My only criticism is that staff can be quite slow almost too relaxed. Getting pool side dinks from the bar took forever to the point where you give up. That aside we will definitely go back "
