"Fantastic relaxing and peaceful stay. We stayed at Abbazia for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary and we did not want to leave. Our stay was absolutely wonderful; the rooms are wonderful and the staff our so accommodating and friendly. The spa prices were very reasonable and I was impressed at the variety and quality of the many treatments they had on offer. The food was delicious with a different menu every day and dinner in the restaurant with the view of the Umbrian hills at sunset was beautiful. The two pool areas were clean and we enjoyed a very peaceful few days of sunbathing. I do recommend hiring a car for your stay as the prices of transfers or taxis are staggering (as taxis have to come from Assisi or Folignio) or if you plan to travel to any of the neighboring towns like Assisi, Montefalco or Perugia which are about 28 mins from the hotel by car. We definitely can’t wait to return soon and stay for even longer next time. Grazie mille bellissima Abbazia Collemedio! "

"Best breakfast ever"

"This is our second vacation here at La Terazza in Assisi. This time, our visit coincided with World Youth Day. There was singing and dancing within the walls of Assisi. It was wonderful. Then, we could come back to LaTerrazza for a wonderful swim with fantastic views and peace. The Hotel is very new and a perfect mix of old stone and crisp clean white walls and newly remodeled room. Will stay here again!"

"Anna is so incredibly helpful. She goes the extra mile with a smile. Breakfast is a pleasant dining experience. The hostess is kind and attentive. The décor is cool and modern and fresh. There was whqr appearwd to be a repaored leak which left a mark in our room. Great rain shower! Walkable to everywhere in Assisi. Picturesque. I want to return already. The only things are: 99% of the TV cable is Italian, all streaming requirments with an account, the Annex suites do feel far away from the main hotel and we didn't have an iron ready and had to request one."

"Well, all I can share is, that it’s the best place I’ve been so far in Italy, considering I’m on a budget. Super friendly staff and excellent and clean place. Love the old fashioned mixed with the modern appliances. Incredible view, delicious breakfast and lunch. Now considering this is a very touristic place prices are quite high in most restaurants. I had my most expensive dinner so far around 100 euros in another restaurant in town. Now it’s a very crammed city because it’s so old, so don’t try to drive on it if you have a medium size car, it’s a challenge. Just park in the parking lot at the entrance of the city and enjoy the exercise, lots of walking uphill and downhill. Lots of things to see in the small city. I can’t say it enough, it’s beautiful."
