"I am a retired person with bad knees. The lift was “out of service” for 3 of the 4 days. Carrying a 20kg suitcase up to the 3rd floor and down again was no fun.
Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be broken on the window side.

This is a hotel with two world class assets. First its location, the Lilla suite we stayed in had a 270 degree view from the terrace, encompassing Ravello, Amalfi, Atrani, Maori and an abundance of mountains.
