We really enjoyed the area, there were plenty of places to eat, we were close to the Blossom Music Hall for our concert and close to Cuyahoga to do all the local hiking. Everyone we interacted with at the local markets and events were friendly.

Before leaving the area I went to the nearby Cuyahoga Vally National Park and was glad I did. It was wonderful. I took a 2 mile hike and saw the Brandywine falls all by 10:30 am. That made the 6 hour drive that day more pleasant

We jad a great time. My wife's cousin lives there so we come up occasionally and try different restaurants. We had Luigi's. The pizza and Ravioli was excellent, but I was expecting a bigger pizza. We went to see Cleveland Guardians play. Good time.

"Upon arrival, the check in person was not welcoming-she had a gruff and robotic personality. Otherwise we enjoyed our 2 day stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, tasty and nice variety. I liked that hot water was available all day along with tea packets and coffee. The hot tub was relaxing, but could be hotter. The room had usual complimentary items. Ice machine was handy. Room was quiet and safe location with nearby food options. We had dinner at Rice Paper which is close and the food and service was very good. "
"Great staff, very nice breakfast included. Coffee, tea and water are always available at the lobby. Very clean and comfortable room has all amenities needed. My only problem was a heavy walker in the room above me, but that's not something the hotel can do anything about. I'll stay there again, will just request a top floor room."
"We were impressed by the warmth, the friendliness of the front desk staff. I wish your hotel and others would have some quality channel on the television, like Netflix, Amazon, Peacock, whatever. One channel would be nice. The breakfast was good, and the dining room was comfortable. One heads up! During daytime hours, we thought to go to adjoining restaurant and grab some lunch. The door to the hotel and the exit door were both locked. We were trapped. Fortunately, someone saw the three of us and another guest and rescued us!"
"My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager. "
