"An amazing friendly stuff. I endorse all the wonderful workers. Daniel at the pool bar is the best. Thank you all. The only bad thing happened to me that fellow vacationers stole my beach sandals. Not a big loss, I will get the new one. Watch your things at the pool since Americans can steal. Thank you Hilton and we will definitely be back, "

"I really like the property lobby and common areas. We used one time the kid playroom very convenient for families. However, the beach was very dirty the first two days we arrived. We ordered room service, great food, and friendly staff but we waited too long almost 40 minutes or more. We invited friends and they couldn't use the facility with us (pool) "

"This is my third time staying at El Emperador and it’s been great. The manager Gervacio and the staff are amazing. You’re literally 30 feet from the beach and walking distance from a ton of restaurants & bars. If you stay there get a junior suite or higher as those have excellent views and are more spacious."

"Small resort. Only 3 restaurants. 1 restaurant/ buffet that is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don’t get there early than 1 as they don’t welcome you. Staff at restaurant and ball boys were really nice . Front desk nice to take lessons from them. Front desk was rude and unwelcoming.
Food at the restaurant was very basic and not good. Need favor. Although they did have a lot of pastries. For the most part Hotel was clean but did need a lot of touch up and maintenance. I would not...
