"This was our third time staying at this resort and we appreciate that it has not changed too much. We had a standard room and the only complaints we had about it was the lack of a chair and an air conditioner that made the room too cold. We asked the front desk for a chair, since the only place to sit was on the bed and were told that standard rooms didn't have chairs. We found that we really didn't need the air conditioner at night.

The room itself was clean and bed comfortable, but needs upgrade and repair - faucet was loose, screen door to patio was jammed, TV reception was unwatchable. Food was 2-star at the buffet, maybe 3-star at the reservation-only restaurants (of which you can only go to 3 times per week).
