"This hotel needs updating. We had asked for a 2 queen room on the first floor when we booked. When we arrived a week later there were none available had to take a king room right next to a stairway. Door handle to room did not work properly, ants were coming in from air conditioner which did not work and we slept in a damp too warm room.
