"We never saw another person at this Inn, not a guest, nor a proprietor. We were the only people there, which was a little weird. Because it was during in the eclipse and an hour from totality. All communication was email and text. Oh, one phone call.
I don’t know what it’s like at the height of the summer/boating season. But I’d like to return in the fall.

"The hotel room was very dated but fairly clean. The employees were very friendly, especially Cheryl at check-in. Because the only window faces the common walkway, curtain was not left open and the room was very dark.
The sheets were clean and bed was comfy but the comforter smelled of urine. I didn’t notice that until I was laying in bed that night. Pulling away the comforter remedied the problem, so I just slept covered with the top sheet. Not sure how often the comforters get washed, but...
