"We had a room on the first floor. It was spacious, two queen beds. My son went to use the toilet and it had urine in it already (not ours), he tried to flush it before using. The toilet didn’t flush, the chain was disconnected from the flap. The front desk clerk fixed it. My son used it and the chain immediately became disconnected again after one flush. I fixed it. It appeared someone had used a paper clip to fix the chain previously. The very next flush it came off again. I fixed it again...
