"Hotel was like new, updated with clean carpet and furniture. It was in a quiet office park with sidewalks for walking and restaurants nearby. Good options for breakfast and a friendly staff. Retta,at the front desk, was especially pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends traveling to Topeka. "

"Pretty pleased with this one. Attended a track meet in Lawrence and many hotels were already book in the area. Saw a review that said nothing was around this...indeed! Just enough around. I was told by very friendly clerk it was prob 10-15 minutes until I really got into the heart of some fast-food joints.
It's a bit out there in Topeka but easy enough access. Not a ton of traffic on the road outside made it quieter. There are some eating options around and I enjoyed the Mexican joint a couple...

after being away from them for many months . My only negative with this stay was that they had some hot water issues and I wasn't told until arrival that they could not give me an estimate as to when it would be back on. The manager or staff should have notified guests that it was out prior to arrival when it had been out over a day . And also the suite the front desk upgraded us to was very oddly designed ....

"Very friendly and clean. Very accommodating for my grandchildren and my pet. Good breakfast, would have liked the waffle maker up and going and the raisin brand was a little on the stale side. But other than that we enjoyed our stay very much. "

"Couldn’t have been better! We needed a family, pet friendly
place to stay during our local move since we closed before our new house was completed. We extended our stay for numerous days due to delays with contractor for new house. We not only felt safe, comfortable, were able to work remote from room without any interruptions from staff, guests, or internet issues. Breakfast is great and an added perk. Super clean and amazing staff! "
