"This was a top tier hotel, probably one of the best places I have stayed at. Costumer service was friendly and outgoing. The amenities such as Starbucks coffee was a highlight. Didn’t get to a chance to eat at the restaurant but would have if we were there longer. The breakfast was unbeatable and you won’t want to stay anywhere else if your in Jonesboro just because of it. "

"Property was easy to.find. Check in was easy and quick. Lady that checked us in was very nice. Room is very clean and comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion available. Would highly recommend!"

"This hotel had a fire sprinkler break (in the door lock - the two sets of doors) in the front lobby due to cold weather at the front door. This caused a big mess. But they dealt with it quickly and professionally. It didn't really effect us except for the breakfast location which was moved down the hall. The

"Our spare bed was broken, night stands were bulging and crooked. Room air wouldn’t go below 68 on a 76 degree night. Picked this hotel specifically because it has a tub in the king suite rooms and then the tub drain wouldn’t hold water for an actual bath. Had seemingly never ending hot water. Overall decent stay however our room was nearly 200 dollars a night. Would say to stay somewhere cheaper and put the money to better use.
