"Reserved a larger room than one assigned. Correct room was offered, but it seemed that 3 people would have to change rooms. I just wanted a bed and some sleep, so stayed in smaller room. No problem. Staff offered a nice split of bubbly as apology. Was thoughtful and happily accepted.
Noise levels and dog barking well into quiet hours (after 22:00) was unacceptable. Nothing was done about this.

"We had a quick one night stay in a 2 queen bed room. Room was a good size with nice patio. Well equipped with robes, slippers, wine glasses, corkscrew. Nice area for walks along the shore, and close to good restaurants. Great large tub for anyone who enjoys a good soak. Will definitely stay again. "

"This is an absolutely charming boutique hotel. Situated in an old house, there are many beautiful heritage features, and they have done a terrific job with the design. The bed was comfortable, as were the two armchairs, I loved the old-fashioned radiator that I could hang my pyjamas on to warm them up. If you are looking for the Fourseason hotel, this is not for you. But if you want something charming and unusual, you will love this place. I also enjoyed my visit to the
