. When I was checking in the staff had a phone on playing a video or something with people cussing and talking and he acted like it was ok. Was hard to hear him over the phone noise. The vending machines were out of order, the breakfast was very poor with both juices out of order."

"Our family booked two rooms for a baseball tournament . The room was clean and staff was very professional and nice. Some of the furniture is damaged in the room as far as scuffed up from use but other than that beds were clean and floors were clean.

"We always have a fantastic stay at this hotel. I enjoy the rooms, the front desk was unbelievably courteous throughout our stay...To me this is as close to a 5 star hotel as you can get in the area.
The only issue with the stay this time was the valet parking was very slow....
