Unfortunately when I had called back to see if I could add a room for my sister they said they could not add this since I had booked with Expedia but then somehow added it anyway.. and my sister called to do her own booking! This caused an issue at checkin but gentleman at registration figured out problem eventually and gave us our appropriate credit.
I think breakfast was fine.. normal for free hot breakfast. Area kept...

"Perfectly comfortable but nothing special. Furniture in the room was "tired". Desk chair leaned so far back it was unsafe. There were no charging outlets. Lights were hard to figure out. Front desk staff was very nice but, like many service industries, they were understaffed and overwhelmed during the check in at 9 PM. Pet surcharge is very reasonable. I would stay there again."
