"We were given a room that the tv didnt work with a 5 year old with us. I asked about the tv and the new person at the desk said we should never have been sold this room. He changed our room. The new room was just down the hall and great location. The only issue was the door didnt want to shut correctly. It did but was very loud and you had to use extra force to open and close it. The breakfast was great the
