"Our stay was really quite good. The only ideas we have for improvement are: There was supposed to be a couch in our room and there wasn't. It literally took 5 minutes to get hot water to our sink. That's a lot of waste.

The best part of the stay was the front desk staff, id come back just for them. Thank you for making this difficult time a little better and easier to get through. "
