"I loved this hotel. One of the more comfy beds I've stayed in in a hotel. Location is great. We wanted a pool but beware it's only open for free for hotel guests from 830-1130 after that it's 21+ and costs. It's not much and was a lot of fun just wasn't disclosed before we booked. The views cannot be beat honestly. The staff were all great and we really enjoyed the

"Beautiful lobby and dining area, cozy room (I stayed in a King Premium). Some bullet thoughts:
- This hotel smells INCREDIBLE. I'm sad they don't sell the fragrance but it's remarkably nice
- They do sell their body wash! I bought 3 big bottles. They accidentally brought up minis instead of the size I ordered and were kind enough to let me keep those, which was thoughtful
- Our stay was for a birthday and I had asked concierge ahead of time for something special in the room. After our check-in,...

. Only downfall was that the lovely spacious shower cubicle had a very small shower head and water pressure wasn’t the best.
We were celebrating a birthday and they made it feel very special.

"The location was great. We were upgraded to the PH which I appreciated because it was a bit larger than the standard room. Older hotels in NYC are small. None of the ice machines on the floors worked. bar prices were very high but we got a coupon for a free drink in the library only which was great."

"Beautiful hotel with a rich history. Service was excellent from check-in through departure. Great location in midtown east; short walk to Fifth Ave, St. Patrick’s, Rockefeller Center, and stores and restaurants. Bed was super-comfortable. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again. "

"The Hotel is lovely and elegant. Honestly I don't think I have ever been in a hotel with a staff as nice as at The Pierre. Absolutely everyone who worked there treated us so kindly and went out of their way to make our visit perfect. Because of my VIP status we were upgraded to a large king suite that had two full baths! Absolute

"I stay at a lot of hotels. This one, the service and the catering to your needs is impeccable. This would be the hotel for Miranda Presley on Devels wear Prada. Tip the staff and they will take care of your every need. The room service is on point and the rooms come with a room service credit. Doesn't hurt that they also give you free tickets to the MOMA. The vibe is modern

"We really enjoyed Tribeca as our homebase for our NYC stay and The Four Seasons was comfortable and quiet and the staff was very helpful. The indoor pool and workout facilities are a bonus too."

"This is the second time we've stayed here, after a stay a number of years ago. This is probably the most comfortable hotel room I've stayed in anywhere, a certainly in NYC. Beds extremely comfortable, a teriffic shower and a nice design that leaves plenty of room to relax. Location convenient to downtown and transportation uptown."

"It was a great stay. The hotel is lovely , with large comfortable rooms. I always have loved the breakfast on the terrace.
The only room for improvement is in the bathroom- it needs a refresh and better lighting- for women to apply makeup;)
This is probably our third or fourth visit "
