. Staff is very nice but disorganized. Rooms are clean but A/C did not work well and toilets are difficult to flush. Housekeeping continually knocked on door asking if we were checking out even though we were staying another day. Had to talk to staff at front desk multiple times to resolve issue."

Not enough staff to clean up after guests who leave food on the table or floor after eating breakfast.
Asked for clean towels and toilet paper and they were never delivered to the room.

"The bed in the Bluebird room was not firm on one side of the bed and felt like you were in a hammock according to my husband. The right side of the bed was firmer.

"The room was in dire need of updating and replacing fixtures. The floor was cheap the chair had a huge stain on seat. ( looked sleezy) The beds were comfortable. The sink had all crackles and stains in it. We were willing to overlook because the room looked relatively clean otherwise. That was until the next morning when we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We couldnt check out fast enough. We talked with front desk girl Meghan and relayed our concerns. She said she would relay to hotel manager....

"This hotel was great, the pool was clean and the staff very friendly. The only downside to our stay was the fire alarm going off at 11:30pm after we had gone to sleep. The staff informed us that there was no emergency, but that they had to wait 15-20 minutes for the fire department to come and turn the alarm off. "

. The breakfast was amazing, and there were plenty of restaurants in the area. Everything there was very relaxing and I will definitely be going back.my only suggestion would be some better lighting in the bathroom. It was not bright enough to do my makeup. "
