The rooms were very spacious, however, somewhat dated for the cost and Star rating of the hotel, but in fairness, they do have a placard that says they’re renovating.
Beds were a bit too firm and you can hear everything in the hallways - I would try to get a room away from the elevators.

My number one complaint is that they DO NOT tell you when you check-in that you'll be charged for the valet parking (no free parking options on site, or easily accessible nearby), and every time you request your vehicle, you'll be charged. Nor do they tell you that there is an automatic 20% gratuity added...

"My husband and I swim laps everyday, and absolutely loved the lap swimming pool in this property. It is a 75 feet pool, super clean, with water temp of 84-86 degrees. We absolutely loved, loved, loved the pool. We had a fantastic stay at Cape Coral because of this property and especially the pool."

"Really great to see property coming back to life after getting hit hard by hurricane Ian a few years ago. The room I stayed in was brand new and very nice. Staff was polite, responsive, and helpful. Great pool area with plenty of seating, drink/food service at your chairs, and the kids loved the water slide. The hibachi restaurant on property was a lot of fun as well."

However they were going to replace it the next day but the day shift maintenance team didn’t see the note so we couldn’t cook for a couple of days. The restaurant right next to our room was fancier than we are used to and we didn’t bring anything appropriate to wear plus required reservations so we didn’t eat there. There are several other options for food however...
