"The check in process took over an hour! Our group was split on different floors and couldn't access each other. Room keys didn't all work which made access harder since you needed them to operate the elevators too.

"Great central location and very secure place - complete with a parking garage under the hotel - with passkey triggered garage doors. The staff were wonderful & welcoming.
The two things I didn't care for were the breakfast - it looked like indigestion waiting to happen; and the pillows were not very comfortable.
If I stay again, I'll bring my own pillow - and my workout & swim suit. The

"Check in was at 4 and we didn’t get a room until 5:30 so that was disappointing. Lots of kids around but it was nice having access to 18+ pools. The pools were great and service was excellent! Could use an upgrade on the beds in the Deluxe rooms. Worth the money of staying at the resort as you have 24 hour access to pools. Nights out there are amazing! "

I would certainly recommend staying at this hotel if you don’t mind the 20 minute gondola ride into town. That’s surroundings are beautiful though, and you can do a lot of hiking from the area. "
