"The only way you could stay nearer to the trains would be by sleeping on a platform bench!
This has to be one of the best located stations that I have stayed in, very convenient with an excellent café serving guests and railway travellers with decent food which, for Norway, was reasonably priced. Guests get free tea and coffee too and a great breakfast is included.
