"This hotel is amazing. The views are stunning, the pools are beautiful, and the whole property is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. You do need a car to get here, but it’s worth it—I recommend staying more than one night to truly enjoy everything. The food was some of the best we had during our entire Europe trip. The restaurant at night is especially incredible. The pools do close a bit early, which was inconvenient, but everything else made up for it. Our bed broke during the stay, but the staff responded quickly and provided excellent service to make up for the issue. The service overall was outstanding, and the entire property is truly special. I hope to come back with more time next time."

"Property is beautiful everywhere you turn, straight out of a movie! Hotel is located at the top of a mountain and you get to over see the vineyards and cities., absolutely beautiful views. The only downside is the hotel only has 2 restaurants that offer diner and they alternate on which night they are opened, you also need reservations in advance and even then tables with a view are not guaranteed. "

"In the title it’s listed as a hotel. It’s a room for rent in someone’s home. Not a bed and breakfast. Outside of the property it is filthy. Garbage, yard is not well kept. White plastic stained chairs. The flags that hang outside of the property are ripped and should be replaced. In my country it’s a disgrace to see a flag like that, The unit smells like mould. My throat and nose burnt from the smell. The inside of the unit is quaint but needs to be aired out. The bedroom sits on the side of a busy highway. All you hear are cars driving by "

"Its a lovely hotel. Only hotel that gave me complimentary water. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Staff attended to me promptly. Rooms are neat and big and the ambience is very welcoming. Only issue is the distance. Its located along the highway on the outskirts of town. I cant say its worth the distance (1hr 30mins from town) but its a lovely hotel"

"Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel as a point from where to explore Tuscany and further afield. "
