. The ningle terrace was overrun by huge tour groups who come in bus load. As a hotel guest, we had the luxury to visit after 6pm, where all the tour groups had left. But almost all shops ate closed by then, so it is really more for purpose of photo-taking. Do wear goos shoes or weae your spikes...

"Amazing hotel with a huge onsen! The breakfast buffet was very large and the dinners that we ordered at the cafe were delicious and convenient. The massage chairs were the cherry on top!"

One thing to be aware of is to be sure to reserve dinner because there is literally no where else on the mountain to eat, the hotels restaurants there only serve meals to their own guests, and if you can’t wait until dinner time to get a meal."
