"10/10 for staff. The lady at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is very tired but is charming and comfortable. The grounds and hotel could do with some TLC. Great vegan options and in an amazing area! "

"Lovely hotel, the staff were fantastic and the whole place is spotless. The pool was a great facility and the evening entertainment an added bonus. There was plenty of food choices at breakfast although it wasn’t spectacular. We had dinner once in the hotel, which was slightly disappointing so maybe would avoid that but overall it was a fab place to stay. "

"Lovely hotel although the bedroom floors creaked a lot. Staff were all wonderful and there was entertainment on through the week, but oddly not at weekends. About a 15 min walk into St Helier, but there is a local bus. I guess the hotel is for the older generation, but that suited us just fine"

"Good location for accessing the bay and the centre of town. Spotlessly clean, - and very happy to have a fan in the room as well as the mini kitchenette"

"Very central and our room was lovely and quiet. Taxi rank right outside. Slowest lift in history, plus it broke down, but thats life. No nice coffee pod machine in the room which these days many places have. But we had a nice stay with decent facilities. Didn’t try the restaurant but wish we had because when we out (it was a Friday night) into Jersey there were no restaurants with space. Seems everyone socialises and eats out from 5pm at the end of the week in St Heliers! We did have the...

"Smooth checkin. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great breakfast! Twin room suited our needs queen sized beds would have been better but beds were comfortable. 5th floor room quiet. Restaurant used 2 out of 4 nights and food was very good.

Would recommend for couples, family etc. "
"The place on the whole was just really nice, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, credit to the reception staff, the service was impeccable! The breakfast was lovely with a great choice, the bar clean and cosy and added bonus of the upstairs terrace! Food was great too on the couple of occasions we ate there! My room was small but cosy and clean with a comfortable bed so all good! Didn’t get the name of the reception staff but the little one was lovely and helpful in arranging so we didn’t have to move rooms for our extra night stay so thank you ☺️"
"When we arrived we were greeted by Paul who was friendly and Professional. The room was clean and fully stocked with water, Tea/Coffee/Biscuits/Milk, perfectly located at the front which was Sea View. The Breakfast- unbelievable- Pastries/Cereal/Full Breakfast/Fresh Fruits. Restaurant- Reasonably price Champagne Bar Restaurant as well as an outdoor restaurant/bar. The staff were amazing- each and every one. Would highly recommend this Hotel. Outstanding. "
"A beautiful view overlooking a stunning beach. The room was lovely and the staff couldnt do enough for you. All staff were polite and courteous. "Nice hotel. 15 min walk to town centre. Good pool for relaxing and large carpark. Beds are quite firm and no air con in rooms. But other than that comfortable stay. Would stay again"
