gave us free upgraded Deluxe
Room. The fantastic view from balcony was speechless and caused us to come back
to stay another night on the

"The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. The breakfast was extremely limited. A few tiny pastries, tiny (and kind of sad) selection of fruit and cereal and raw eggs set out that you could put in an egg cooker if you wish (no...

Location very convenient .
Receptionist friendly and helpful.
Just minor thing to improve: mattresses are quite soft but nevertheless, we had a good night sleep.

"Very friendly staff, close proximity to the ski lift, great health suite (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi). Great views of the mountains from my balcony.

"I got upgraded to 5star Royal Hotel which is opposite site of the street - amazing views from the breakfast room, and amazing location for walks and just enjoying - Sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool were a nice treat too."

"We felt like we were movie stars being pampered in luxury with an excellent staff and amenities. A classic luxury palace. We are really backpackers treating ourselves to a couple of great days at The Victoria. Impeccable service. Awesome place. Great staff!"
