"Love everything about this JW Marriott Jeju. From the front desk staff, restaurants, facilities, to our room, everything was well thought out and of 6 Star quality. The staff here were excellent, professional and well trained. They took well care of us from check in to check out.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us booked taxi tours on short notice. Pool facilities are very clean and well maintained. Room service food was also great. Would love to stay here again if we ever return to Jeju!"

"We arrived 2 hours earlier than the scheduled check in. We meant to just leave our luggage but we were allowed to check in as the room was ready. The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi while the adults enjoyed the sauna. Very spacious - we had a really comfortable stay. "

"A nice hotel in a good and convenient area and reasonably well priced. I don't however think it is worthy of 5 stars and the other hotel I stayed in Jeju nearby last year was probably better (but rated 4 stars). Either way it is a nice hotel and the facilities (no pool but a sauna) were good and well maintained."

Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation
