"The location of this hotel is great! Right at the lake, very calm, private little beach/terrace area from which you can also enter the lake for a swim. "The hotel is situated in a cross road of 2 parallel one way roads (4 lanes alltogether). The isolation of the windows is nonexistent, therefore the noise from the traffic is very loud and goes on all through the night. So don´t forget to bring earplugs.

"A beautiful hotel in a great location next to the lake, Bellano is a nice town and the area is beautiful. The hotel staff is excellent and Jessica was super helpful with all the questions we had. Just a great place. We will be back."
"A newly renovated and gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Just steps from the funicular, this hotel was perfect for our stay in Lugano and exploring the surrounding region. The included Ticino ticket is a nice bonus but the value is in the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and beds and the premier food and drinks. I slept so well, even with a bruised ribcage. The included breakfast is really delicious with everything one could need to fill up and start the day. The restaurant and bar, Flamel, is incredible. The house cocktails are a must try that will change your perception of what a cocktail should be. The dinner is first class and every dish is a work of art.
An extra special touch is the foosball table in the lobby near the bar so we could have drinks while the kids played. I can't wait to go back and stay at this hotel again!"

My only negative was that the AC was weak, the towel rack in the bathroom was at shoulder heights and me and spouse kept hitting our heads, the the shower pan floor was super slippery and the shower head was poorly placed. Overall though, worth the price based on amenities and location. Walking distance to the lake and self-serve laundry which was great for us. "

"The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so much more. The beach club is a 5 minute walk down the street and provides multiple pools, lounge areas, dining and of course access to the lake itself. Finally, the food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet to inspired Italian meals. You won't be disappointed in this hotel, and Menaggio is a great location to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. "
