"Staff are very kind and proactive in general. Also very respectful. It felt good to be a women and wear normal clothes without being always over looked at.
We had a superior room, and it was spacious and very clean! The cleaner cleaned everything, like shower, floor & bed every day. We had a great service in that aspect. 😄 it’s made a great impact for Egypt standards.
Although there is a huge buffet Food is average. The restaurant a la carte aren’t worth it.

While the food is good and the taste is ok, there's a certain bad taste in most of the fried food. I suspect it's from using low quality cooking oil. This is the only reason I can't stay in the hotel longer than a few days for the next time."
