The hotel is located well for ease of travel around Victoria Island. We only breakfast in the hotel and that was of a good standard. We used the roof terrace bar a few times, that too was pretty good. We swam in the pool, it is very clean and maintained well - clean towels are provided and changing rooms are in decent condition. "The overall experience was memorable and worthwhile. I like the closeness to nature and the overall serenity. The staff were responsive and friendly. The concierge in particular was very helpful. The only challenge was the kitchen staff. We ordered room service for dinner. It was very delayed. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Refills of meals for the breakfast buffet was very slow. "

"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch.
The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture.
The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant.
Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500.

The pool is clean and welcoming. The bar is pleasant clean and cool Laundry service is good And no mosquitoes which is awesome. The manager is nice and helpful. I did upgrade though I booked a standard room. But it was not as it should be.
All in all I would stay here again. I felt safe...
