Rooftop bar and swimming pool was very convenient and can see views across Tenerife.
Considering it was a very central location, noise was almost non existent, windows were clearly new and soundproofing installed very well. Showers were hot, quick and powerful.
Shops, bars, transport links are on the door step with a nice park across the road.

Our luggage was lost and the lady at reception loaned us adapters so we could charge our phones which was appreciated- all the staff were friendly there. Staff are excellent except one lady receptionist who worked on the xmas day was so arrogant to me when I complained how we missed dinner and breakfast on the 24th night and 25th morning because of lack of information on arrival. She was not able to handle our concerns and claimed that it was our fault, no apologises.
However every other things went smoothly, good xmas and new year celebrations at the restaurant, well decorated, glammed.
