Boutique Hotel l. The staff was amazing especially David at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Ana at the Concierge’s desk was very knowledgeable and helpful . My wife and I were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and it was one of our best trips ever! Thank you VIU Hotel for a wonderful experience in Milan!"

"Excellent warm and friendly service. Design of the rooms was not great though. The hooks for the towels are in the WC of the room. The towel rack was in the shower too. Lighting was quite dim in the rooms too.

"For this price rooms should be much larger. Obviously much of what you are paying for is the brand, however the competition often provides better rooms at a considerably lower price. Also the mattress was really firm and not comfortable for a 5 star hotel. Food and amenities were great. "
