"The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. "Fantastic views and amazing ambience. They even have a sauna and steam room you can reserve for an hour. It was amazing. It is very, very clean. We feel so lucky to have found this place. Walking distance to the castle and cheese factory and the chocolate factory is near as well. "

"Lovely hotel with beautiful location on the lake. It's a bit outside on Montreux, but they kindly provided free bus travel which runs every 10 minutes from a bus stop right outside the hotel.
Rooms and breakfast were all lovely. There is also a pleasant lounge area and outdoor terrace.
A good tip is to take the bus from the hote about half way to town and alight at Clarens-Basset. From there there is a promenande all the way into town whuch is a lively 45 minute walk.

"Had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at LSG for a week. The hotel is situated at the top of a hillside in a little medieval village and is just picturesque. All around is serenity and nature.
The hotel is a lovely place, has adequate sized rooms and they are very comfortable. The best part is waking up and looking straight out onto the mountains and hearing the sounds of nature !!
Food at the hotel is delicious and their cheese fondue and ice creams are the best !
