We had a car (easy to park in their parking lot) but did take the public bus to/from Sorrento as it stops right in front of the hotel.
Ate at the pool restaurant as well as the main restaurant and food was great overall!
Spent time at the pool each day of our stay, which was a big treat given the warm temperatures!

"This was the most incredible stay in Sorrento. Set back from a main road into Sorrento it is so quiet and tranquil at Il Roseto, with the most beautiful view of Vesuvius from the pool. Pool is easily the cleanest one I’ve seen on holiday and the loungers were very comfortable. Room was very nice and surprisingly comfortable bed. Breakfast was really nice and we had lunch by the pool which was so yummy. The owners were really friendly and remembered our room and orders, it’s the little things!...
