"Excellent stay - really a perfect spot in Delray Beach. Very nice layouts well equipped, beautiful courtyard with two pools and greenery and just steps to the beach as well as to Atlantic Ave. Elian was very helpful on the phone and quick and smooth on the check-in. Big plus to me to have free self parking as well - much more handy for not unloading everything! Will definitely return."

"Bathroom was horrific. Tub was stained brown. Layer of dust around all edges and corners of the bathroom. Grout was dirty. Stains on walls and on the door. Furniture in the room was stained, dirty and chipped. All the furniture badly needs to be replaced. Phone was not working when I tried to call front desk. There were some good things. The bed was comfortable. It was probably a new mattress.
