The staff was exceptionally helpful especially Laticia at the Front Desk, who helped sort out parking for me, provided a tower fan as the weather was too hot. Overall, the stay was comfortable enough for me to be happy to stay here again if I had to. "

Staff very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble from getting extra pillows to borrowing scissors. Nice touch being able to have tea/coffee, juice and croissant for breakfast at only 5CHF. Would definitely recommend. "

"I was really disappointed in this property. The only thing that was excellent were the employees trying to make the stay worthwhile. The Tv did not work properly, The fireplace in the room would have been romantic if it worked. The breakfast offered did not compare to other hotels stayed at, which were much more reasonably priced.
