Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

"Very comfortable stay and a nice resort hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Facilities excellent with multiple pools. Overall a great hotel with Bali vibes. Only issue is the traffic locally is bad. It’s an hour to get to Bogor despite being only 10km’s away. "

"The room of hotel was good but hair dryer was broken and not available. We used the restaurant in the hotel every dinner, however serving by staff was late and many mistakes for the order. "

"The hotel was fine for a cheap family stay. It was absolutely crowded though. And breakfast was depleted when we arrived. Not even butter for toast or orange juice or cups for tea. It was holiday season and they were trying there best. The pool was full so we didn’t use and people were falling over as it was so wet. Didn’t mind the small rooms had everything a bit annoying you couldn’t go straight out onto the balcony without asking for a key and deposit. I’m an adult I’ll be ok.
