"Our experience was terrible. No air conditioning. Only heat. we went on June and we could not sleep at all. The hotel was booked for 2 nights. The first night we did not sleep because there was heat coming out, impossible to rest. The next day they said that they will turn the ac on. The never did. It was hotter than the night before. we had to leave that evening, not able to stay they second night. No manager available . We were charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night "

The only dissapointment was at the end when we payed 30€ for a very simple breakfast for the three of us (basic coffee with plain toast - no butter nor jam) and a glass of juice from the pack). "

"The Hotel is just at the edge of town in Santiago. However, they offer a shuttle service to downtown every hour from 10 am to 8 PM.
The hotel itself is great. We booked a villa and price was very good. Very roomy with a separate bedroom. Looks to be very new.

"Amazing find after walking the Camino for 7 days. It’s a bit outside of town, but it’s also a quick ride to the airport, which is why I booked it. Front desk people were super friendly and helpful at checkin. Good in the bar was excellent. Even the pool area was very well done, even if it was too cold to go in. The room was huge, very nice bathroom, and tons of space.
