"When we arrived at 5.00pm on Sunday afternoon the hotel was deserted. Automatic check-in machine! If someone had been at reception we would have asked to change our room,particularly as the place appeared practically empty, because our shower head bracket was broken so had to be hand held for the entire stay. Also being sited on the 2nd floor was difficult for us as we are both over 70 and have both had hip surgery.
We enjoyed our continental breakfast each day and our swim in the nice private...

as we had our own bedroom adjoining, stunning decor and a very comfy nights sleep. Hotel facilities were excellent and staff so helpful and friendly. We spent a lot of time in the heated outdoor pool and they even had a buggy you could borrow for the day. Location very central, everywhere walkable so couldn't recommend it more."
