I was travelling on my own to ski. My skis were taken from the storeroom presumably by mistake. The staff were extremely helpful in trying to relocate them for me.

"Situated in a residential area it added to this feeling like a homestay. Rooms are compact but comfortable and clean with great amenities. Just a few minutes walk to a tram stop made it easy to get in and out of Bern centre. Friendly staff helped make it an enjoyable stay."

"We had a great stay at the resort. Right by Lake Thun with great views, good food and drinks, and close to the bus stop to visit nearby towns/stations. The spa pool and sundeck were great to spend time in and not crowded. The room was clean and we were provided a fan at no cost for warmer days. Staff was attentive and polite. We would have liked more smoke-free outdoor areas including dining but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay there again. "

"Rooms could use a little refresh but overall they were super clean and serviceable. We were extremely grateful for a fan as it was hot and even with the balcony doors open the room was warm. Our son loved the pool, the breakfast was very good, and the scenery from our balcony was beautiful! "
